1. Home Visits & Quotes
Every job is quoted after a free home visit. We come out, measure and talk through your options, then put a clear, no-obligation price in writing before any work begins.
2. Access & Preparation
Please ensure clear access to the rooms on the fitting day and let us know in advance about pets, fragile floors, or any areas that need special care. We protect your home and keep mess to a minimum.
3. Pricing & Quotes
Every job is quoted after a free home visit, as the price depends on the room, the materials and the subfloor. The quote we give is the price you pay, with no hidden extras.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
5. Insurance & Liability
AEC Flooring is fully insured. While we take every care, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing subfloor defects or damp issues that are not visible until the old floor is lifted.
